    He hasn't done it so far. He just allowed Pelosi and Reid to take the reins.

    No. Where is is leading us is towards disaster.

    When the stimulus was passed, I noted that this would not be a temporary increase in the size of government and that Obama would bake this spending into the permanent spending baseline.

    His budget proves this. Instead of spending being reduced to the historical (since WWII) average of 19-20% of GDP, this budget is over 25%. After the supposed end of the Recession.

    Obamanomics = Epic Fail

    I've noticed that the Democrat leadership are totally incapable of making the hard decisions...they would rather puss out, use the opportunity to play politics and generally whine for votes.

    The President should lead but he is completely incapable, he has no grasp on the reality of national debt and in typical Democrat fashion will only kick the can down the road...

    Really? And what did the Bush admin do but put us where we are today. Not only with no thought of what was down the road, but with nonsense like the oil in Iraq will pay for the invasion of Iraq. So Cheney's company made multi-billions off of the blood of our sons and daughters in Iraq.

    They overspent, failed the American people and deserved an ass kicking..

    The Democrats took over Congress over 4 years ago, then the Presidency over 2 years ago and and the results are far far worse. This is obvious...

    As far as Iraq, Dems were all for it, found they could use the war for political advantage, shit all over the soldiers and when they found when they could do something about it, they did nothing.
    This is also obvious..

    Sure. And at the end of the second term Conservatives can come in and screw up the country again.
