Should Congress Declare War Against ISIS?

    Yes, I think Congress should declare war against Isis. This would allow our Commander-in-Chief to take whatever action he thinks necessary to defeat this despicable enemy. This would allow voters to evaluate his strategy in 2016 and decide if they want the country to go in a different direction.

    Obama and more than 60 mostly Muslim countries have been waging war against ISIS for some time now, so why not?

    You gonna call them back from the golf course for a photo op?

    Care to explain? Or to put it another way, Why shouldn't Congress declare war on ISIS?
