Should Canada consider outsourcing policing to the FBI and other agencies?

As someone who has blown the whistle on the Canadian police abuses, I think it's a valid question to ask. Especially since they are costing the Canadian economy immensely.

The FBI have a reputation of doing things by the book, respecting the U.S Constitution and not being afraid of going after powerful individuals, companies or even nations. In Canada well...we have the Queen on our currency which tells you all you need to know about that.

So, is it time for us to consider outsourcing and seeing if the FBI could be hired? If so, is it a feasible option?
