Should ALL of America's unemployed citizens be required to have yearly "End Of Life, Preparation and Counseling" Sessions ? Just like "Obama-care" requires of citizens over the age of 65 ?

The ACA requires no such thing.

It simply affords coverage to families who wish to avail themselves of such services should the family determine it to be an appropriate course of action.

Otherwise your post makes no sense.

While the new (Obama Care) law, has been altered to remove this unpopular statement, the Obama administration has been able to achieve its policy goal through the regulation-writing process, (Q: NYT) a technique which will now be used more frequently. I was at a luncheon made up of a group of physicians this week, and each one of them said that they had been advised to prepare for this anual "End of life counseling" requirement for their patients who were over 65, and that it would be masked as a part of their yearly care.

And, I might point out that, it was your George Bernard Shaw (one of the founders of the "modern democrat" party) that advanced the idea that: "Every American should be able to provide proof, once a year, that his or her life was valuable enough to warrant being allowed to continue to live.

The expenditure calculations attached to the final draft of the 1965 Medicare bill showed, that since Medicare expenditures "could never exceed 9 Billion dollars a year" ( 45 billion in today's dollars) and since Medicaid would only cost a fraction of that, and since Social Security was self funding. These three programs, could NEVER significantly put the American economy at risk. In the words of the Great Evert Dirkson "April fool's" The projected costs are now 65 Trillion dollars. As the Socialist Joseph Stalin said: (to a socialist, liberal, or a progressive) Oaths are like eggs. They were made to be broken.

Just out of interest; What do you think your Mr. Shaw would say about, a never employed 30 year old, physically fit American, who is a descendant of an American family of which no member has held a job in three generations, but who had used every opportunity to vote for liberal candidates ?

He would probably kick the failure to launch white kid out of the country and tax his inheritance at 100% to fund English as a second language classes for some inbound former Mexicans who want to work!

Seriously, the name calling makes me want to check if you're of age before I get in trouble for cyber bullying someone's cuddly 14 year old.
