Shift on Executive Power Lets Obama Bypass Rivals

When a divided and deadlocked Congress refuses to act on behalf of the people the president has the authority to act, that's what true leaders do.
The president only has this authority
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.
Nothing more he can't create new authority unless congress gives it to him, and they must do that within the restraint's of the Constitution.

If the government does not abide by the Constitution, it gives the people the authority to revolt and take the governments authority away.

It seems that not many know anything about the Constitution, nor that it was intended to limit executive power to stop just what obama is doing.

Circumventing the Constitution is what dicators do. If Congress is divided, then not acting is what the Constitution mandates, and that's what the Founding Fathers intended. It's not license for the President to become a dictator.

Unless he did something unconstititional you have no facking argument.
