What they mean is that premiums would jump for everyone who has insurance because ObamaCare requires insurance companies to insure all comers. And that means those who have been excluded due to "pre-existing conditions" would jump in the pool, driving up outlays, which drives up premiums for everyone who has insurance.

So to say the death of the mandate would not be the death of ObamaCare is a bit of a joke, really.

Our nonsystem is ridiculously expensive, allows insurers to drop people on technicalities if they get sick, turn down people who are sick or charge them obscene amounts, has NO COST controls, is a GD Pubscam for the greedy corporations, and ruins our global competitiveness.
