Unless you are a liberal there is good reason to be singing every day. Hussein & Company are disintegrating before our eyes; Joe Biden is going to run again in 2016; the Clinton dream of President Hillary Clinton and Secretary General Bill Clinton running the world together has turned into a talking point for those who want to see the UN shutdown, and, best of all, the public is beginning to see that Socialism is a religion while Islam is a political movement. Conservatives have so much to sing about Sheriff Joe hanging tough is almost anticlimactic:

Sheriff Joe won’t abandon Obama probe

The constitutional question of Hussein’s eligibility won’t be addressed this close to the election. Perhaps the SCOTUS will get to it before 2016. There is hope. Justice Scalia could have been protecting himself from calls for his recusal when he answered Larry Klayman’s question:

I asked the “constitutionalist” Scalia what he believed to be the definition of “natural born citizen,” without asking him to render an opinion on whether Obama was eligible to be president, given that Obama’s father was not a citizen of the United States at the time he claims falsely that he was born here.

Looking like a deer in the headlights and stuttering sheepishly, Justice Scalia responded, “I don’t know. Isn’t a natural born citizen a person born in this country?” I pressed on, asking “then why are there separate references to ‘citizen’ and ‘natural born citizen’ in the Constitution?” Again, Justice Scalia, pulling back out of apparent fright at having to give a straight answer, responded in the same fashion, “I don’t know.”

Scalia flummoxed about natural born citizenship

To me, Scalia’s reply ——“I don’t know.”—— indicates the case may get to the High Court after Hussein leaves office.

Sheriff Joe’s investigation is pure and simple. A forgery is a forgery or it isn’t. If there are forged documents there is clear violation of the law. No interpretation necessary.

The only question is who will take the fall? The person or persons that did the forging? Maybe? You can be sure it won’t be Hussein, or Pelosi who signed one Certificate of Nomination for Hawaii while signing a different certificate for the other 49 states. One Alice Travers Germond also signed the certificates. She and Pelosi signed as representatives of the DNC. Were I advising Ms. Germond I’d tell her to get a good lawyer.

Finally, a scenario where Nutty Nancy does the perp walk is pleasant to behold. In the unlikely event it happens the song of the day would have to be a full-blown Broadway musical.

Good lord! When I said “Hussein & Company are disintegrating before our eyes;” I never included this:

“A torrential downpour that struck Charlotte on Saturday afternoon damaged the Mount Rushmore-style sand sculpture bust of President Obama—an ominous beginning to what many fear is a plagued convention.” (Washington Times, Sept. 1, 2012) “Workers were trying Saturday afternoon to reform the base of the sculpture, built from sand brought in from Myrtle Beach, S.C., pounding and smoothing out the sand that had washed off the facade of the waist-up rendering of the chief executive.”

The rainstorm was so strong that its heavy winds blew the rain sideways, pelting the president’s right side and leaving the sand pockmarked and completely erasing his right elbow.

Even the rain seems to know that Obama has no right side.

The Sand Man Cometh

Judi McLeod could not have used a better title. It set me to thinking about The Iceman Cometh which takes place in Harry Hope’s saloon. I can easily see Hussein as Hickey along with the other misbegotten losers who looked to Hickey for a good time once a year. This very brief excerpt says volumes:

ACT FOUR: SCENE ONE

HOPE--(in the voice of one reiterating mechanically a hopeless complaint) When are you going to do something about this booze, Hickey? Bejees, we all know you did something to take the life out of it. It's like drinking dishwater! We can't pass out! And you promised us peace. (His group all join in in a dull, complaining chorus, "We can't pass out! You promised us peace!")

ACT FOUR: Scene--Same as Act One. Back room and a section of the bar--around 1:30 A.M. of the next day. |

If you are familiar with the play you can see that Hussein’s Hope was nothing but a pipe dream —— and he even killed the dream for the same reason Hickey murdered his wife; he couldn’t live with her forgiveness! Get it? Forgiving Hussein drove him to murder the country?

I know it sounds like psycho-babble, but it is as good an explanation as any to explain Hussein’s actions in the past four years.

A former U.S. Justice Department attorney who founded the government watchdog Judicial Watch and later Freedom Watch has warned a key Barack Obama attorney that Democrat Party or state elections officials certifying Obama’s eligibility for the 2012 election could become the targets of election-fraud charges.

The letter from Larry Klayman explains that’s because those officials simply cannot know Obama’s eligibility for sure, and the law doesn’t allow them to make assumptions.

Larry Klayman appears to be on solid legal ground. Justice Scalia said “I don’t know.” and I have not heard any of the other justices say “I do know.”
