Anyone bother to check if this "stolen Car" was covered by "minimum Liability Car insurance" as required by CA law? Does this Illegal Alien have a valid CA DL? Was this "stolen car" legally registered? Tickets? Warrants?

The entire "story" is full of holes? Released two days ago? But this all occurred in 2015?
