That depends on the circumstances, doesn't it? There may be some women who consent to "tag teaming" but when the woman is drunk, it's date rape.

The term "tag team" may sound crude from a females perspective however if a woman gets 2 men to service her its not rape, rape is if the 2 men take it by force and its ugly.

EEgads, Not that detailed for us. And not gay. But cool all the same for what it was. It was mostly part of a class on keeping a marriage healthy. While, sex (in my opinion) is not the beginning and end of a relation ship, it is a big part of a healthy one. If you are hung up about sex, then you have a hard time talking with your wife, husband, partner, it leads to non satisfying sex, and then at some point an affair.

Men are also raped under similar circumstances. They tend to not report it. There is no double standard.

There is no implied consent when the individual is inebriated. We've had a rash of males being raped under the date rape drug in our county.

Date rape is not the best term. Non-stranger sexual assault is more accurate.

Yes I know the date rape law however it is a double standard law.

Getting drunk has many consequences and should never be a defense as it was an action of choice.
