It isn't significant whether or not he is qualified and that isn't the topic. The topic is that Obama appointed a man who dresses up like a woman. If it weren't for that no one would likely care about who Obama appointed to whatever position it is this man was appointed to.

A resume is a document of record. A persons qualifications are the abilities they possess. If you looked at the resume and said,"Hey this is the person we're looking for", then youre doing something right.
