I'd love it if I could get tried and true South American this winter. I've done a lot of countries and continents for food. I have the ability to pretty well get all ingredients despite being in the middle of nowhere.
So if anyone wants to chime in and give me some kick butt SA cuisine recipes I'd love it and would try them.
A few years back just for fun we went thru all the provinces in Mexico, well I guess some would call them states, just to explore all the local cuisines. It was a blast and showed such diversity in a country when everyone just wants to lump them together when it's not that way at all.
So if anyone from any state in SA wants to pass on a tried and true recipe, I'm in for it. Thanks in advance.
