For instance, You take out a convicted felon that is sentenced to die, clean him up and make look like a Banker, then take his picture and write stories that he was a very successful Business man that was assinated by the government for not paying his taxes.

Then you do the same for the type of citizens that are lazy, get a couple of felons sentenced to die, dress em up, make them look the part and kill them and tell the people that they took too many breaks!

How about citizens that steal from their bosses. Again we take some more condemned felons, and do the same with them.

Nearly half of all Americans live in house holds that receive some form of welfare. As far as your 5% I can not find anywhere to easily validate that number. But it seems low as nearly have the appartments in the appartment books seem to be section 8.
