The fact remains that the black race IN America IS in fact more criminally inclined then any other demographic they commit more crime per capita then any other race Followed by Hispanics. What that means is if you see a black man he is more likely then a white man to assault, kill or rob you.

If what you were saying is true, we would have no Black policemen, judges or prosecutors.
