Sergeant Rober Lee of the Stagecoach Texas Police Department is under arrest for Murder. He says he shot an intruder in his house, who turns out to be his brother. Now that would normally be the tone of the investigation since Robert Lee is a cop. Only his Brother is a cop too.

Now everyone knows you don’t get away with killing a cop in Texas. Well almost never. Henry Magee got away with it. Man Charged With Killing Burleson County Deputy No Billed by Grand Jury
Magee is serving 18 months for the pot possession charge, his lawyer got the Grand Jury to refuse to indict Magee which meant the charges had to be dropped. So if anyone can help Robert Lee it is Dick DeGuerin.
