You should know better than to believe any Right wing source by now. September jobs were revised UP by 34,000 jobs.

Employment Situation Summary

The change in total nonfarm payroll employment for August was revised from +142,000 to
+192,000, and the change for September was revised from +114,000 to +148,000.

1. The article is talking about the ADP (a PRIVATE firm) estimates, NOT the official BLS numbers.
2. He's wrong anyway. He's quoting a CNBC article that had bogus numbers. If you look at the Actual ADP report, the numbers were revised down to +114k, not 88.

The economic recovery is very slow and will most likely result in many people without jobs when its all over. That is the reality of an Obama led recovery. If you're okay with that, vote for him. I want a better plan.

The numbers are seasonally adjusted.
The Unadjusted change in non-farm payroll jobs was +911,000 and was Seasonally Adjusted down to +171,000

Unadjusted Total Employment was +706,000 and Unadjusted Unemployment was -1,000, causing the Unadjusted UE rate to go from 7.6% to 7.5%
Adjusted Total Employment was +410,000 and Adjusted Unemployment was +170,000 causing the adjusted UE rate to go from 7.8% to 7.9%

There is no time limit. Included in the numbers are 3.6 million people (30.4% of all unemployed) who have been unemployed over a year. A-35. Unemployed total and full-time workers by duration of unemployment

The Labor Department revised up job gains for August and September by a total 84,000. Gains for August were revised to 192,000 from 142,000, and September's were revised to 148,000 from 114,000.

Compared to the 700,000 jobs that were lost the October before he was elected, the Obama economy is creating close to a million jobs a month more than the Bush economy he was given.
