Might as well get this one started.

It's clear from today's pressers by the Dimwingers what their strategy is...........attack the process as unfair, call it a 'rigged' trial even before it starts. (confirmed the prediction in my sig)

They are whining and crying that this isn't like the Clinton impeachment, which is a blatant lie.

No new evidence was brought into the trial during the trial. All evidence was put together prior to the start of the Clinton trial.

Not a single witness was called and testified in public. Only 3 witnesses were called, and they testified in secret. The Dimwingers selectively leaked what they wanted to, and kept the rest secret.

In short, Dimwingers know they have no case despite claiming they have a slame dunk. It is hysterical that they don't know thinking Americans are laughing at their sham.

Cryin' Chucky will now offer up multiple dumbfuck resolutions he knows will go nowhere..........then he will run in front of the cameras to whine and cry about fairness.

Schifferbrain's just claimed this isn't like the Clinton trial because the House in the Clinton trial provided evidence prior to the trial, and he failed to do so. This means the Senate has to do his job or this isn't playing by the same rules they had for Clinton.

He is arguing that The President HAS NO RIGHTS and is GUILTY already, and THE PRESIDENT MUST PROVE HIS INNOCENCE.

NO. Nice try to spin and distort, though.

The Clinton rules means the Senate would listen to the House Impeachment Managers' case then hear the defense. ONLY at that point the Senate would decide if witnesses need to be called. If the Managers fail to make their case the Senate could vote to dismiss the Impeachment altogether without calling witnesses.

IMO, the House Impeachment Managers already failed to prove their case and the defense made the case to dismiss by pointing out the fact that the House's Impeachment case is not based on any prosecutable crime, that it is based on 'the weakest Impeachment case in US history, on in which they were unable to present / name a crime, failed to produce evidence of a crime, and presented no witnesses. When asked to name a crime or Impeachable offense, those who did testify for the Democrats could not do so.

Even their own Democrat Constitutional Expert testified under oath that the President did NOT violate the Constitution, did NOT break any law, and did NOT abuse his power...that the only ones to do so thus far have been the DEMOCRATS. It was he who stated the Democrats rushed to the fastest Impeachment in US history based on the weakest case in US history. This fact will not be lost on USSC Justice Roberts.
