Senate Holds 343 Bills Passed by The House

Just what the hell are McConnel and his minions doing? Taking another vacation or going home early? They sure as hell don’t seem to be doing anything they were elected for.

Six very important bills listed and explained @ Top Six Bills That Have Stalled in the Senate
First question, do you think all politicians from every state are required to vote/act the way you think they should or the way the majority of their voting constituents even if it's different from your desires?
Second, if indeed you think they should all cater to your demands then when was your last psych eval? :dunno:

Maybe the email privacy act will pass.

None of the others have a chance.

The GOP House is always throwing up legislation that has not a chance in hell of passing the Senate. Things like the Wall, anti-choice stuff..or various Pork bills. The Senate is NOT controlled by the Far Right..like the House is...so they just let the dumb stuff die in committee. It's all a game..they all know the rules.

The Senate is controlled by the left... 49 Republicans in the Senate, with three Republicans that caucus with the Democrats (Collins, Murkowski, and McCain).

I would laugh my ass off if Collins was voted down in her next Senator re-election, she deserves it. An entire party shouldn't always have to single out one person and convince them to vote for a bill in order to get major legislation passed.
