The Congressional Democrat leadership and caucus needs to be VOTED OUT OF OFFICE EN MASS in 2010. The tax increases that EVERY AMERICAN WILL SEE will be significant....and guess what???

Let's hope so...but Harry Reid is writing checks with his mouth to get a majority. That's all he needs. They don't fucking care about what it does to the country...only what it does for their political party and ambitions....the rest is just flotsam and jetsam.

If the public option dies, then the greedy for profit corporations who own the system win and prices will continue to go up and so will the number of uninsured. Until maybe even you won't be able to afford it.

The politicians should worry about their jobs. They should worry about voters. Instead you like them serving the bankers, defense contractors, oil companies and insurance giants?

The Democrats that want a public option are listening to their constituents. No one else. They are fighting the rich and powerful in the name of the people. That's government at its finest.

For profits need to be put in check. HIGHLY regulated if not socialized altogether. If that's socialism well consider they don't really operate under the free market rules. They are monopolies. They sell us things we need. We award them contracts to pump our oil from our soil, so no they can't gouge us. And you don't fight a war for profit because they profiteers never want the war to end. And they only lease our airwaves. And the bankers committed the biggest bank robbery/fraud in human history.
