I got to "well, I've read a summary of the bill" and had to stop. If you're looking for an analysis of a bill, start with someone who at least claims to have actually read it.

If this bill can tell a person what they can and can't grow on their own land then this country has in fact legislated itslef into a dictatorship.

Monsanto has already essientially made it illegal to clean and store soy bean seeds.

Clarence Thomas wrote a majority desision in the supreme court decision (thomas used to lawyer for MOnsanto) Making it a violation of patent if you soybeans get cross pollenated from a neighboring field of patented monsanto beans.

There are only 2 sources of non genetically engineered soy seeds left in the USA and this year there is only expected to be one.
