In all reality Trump is treating the US bureaucratic class the same as he would the corporate class. The shocking thing for many of these individuals is that they have existed in a world of idealism and rhetoric. A world where bullshit has replaced a 'bottom line'. Roads could be all private and we could pay for usage per mile... That is an option.. I don't think it would be better than public roads but private tolls exist around the world...
