See we told you.. Mcdonalds is ordering 7K touch screen to replace cashiers

It has become plain that McDonald's candidates must first take an intelligence test - and fail in epic fashion - as a condition of employment.

Well yes they have to fail in epic fashion, or McD's won't hire them to work. Why is this ? Because you can't get intelligent people to work in a system like McD's runs unless desperate, because it thrives on cheap labor, and high profits.

They BEG to be replaced by automatons.

No McD's is begging to replace them by automations, and not because they are un-intelligent and can't be better or can't learn, but it's more so because the heat is on for what they (McD's) has been doing within their pay system on them, and for which is undoubtedly lacking in many ways or there wouldn't be a problem to begin with right ?

You get what you pay for.

No matter what the minimum wage you're still get the sludge from the bottom of the gene pool.
Well of course you will if that is what you are looking for all the time, and especially if you have the created reputation by design, that you can't do well at McD's, even after you had secured their team by holding up your end of the bargain or employment as you were expected to. Yes they do get what they pay for, and that is an employee that should never give them more than what they are paid for I agree. It always works both ways doesn't it ?

have any of these been placed into the stores? so far its all cashiers here
They got them at Lowes here and Wal-Mart, but none at any of the resteraunts yet. They seem to have little to no affect for the companies that are using them here, because people still want to go and deal with a trained cashier instead. A properly trained cashier is a great rep for the company, where as not only can they check the person out, but they can help the person with many other issues that they may have or they also can tell the customer about up coming sales events, or even relay a complaint for you and/or etc.

A major problem that I have seen in this country, is when these companies cheapen down these positions out of greed, and then they hire foolishly people who do not represent them properly. We the customers in a situation like this begin to become abused by the ones who don't care whether they are there working or not that day, and they sure don't care about us when their dealing with a bad situation themselves. You have all seen these situations, and you walk away either angry or leaving there thinking and/or wondering what that company must be like to work for. When an employee represents a company wrongfully, it shows that in either case the company is wrong to either leave that employee at the post serving for them or that the company is wrong in the way that they are treating that person maybe. Either way it looks bad on the company, because that person is the face for that company when dealing with us. PERIOD!
