Kerry was a terrible candidate in 2004. Honestly, this is all Gore's fault. He should've stepped aside and let Hillary run in 2000.

She wouldn't have won. In 2000, she was very hated. I don't really know what changed between 2000 and 2004, when people were begging for her to run. But by the time she actually ran, Obamatitis took hold and she was bamboozled.
