The amount spent on this year's festivities will rival the $40 million raised to celebrate Bush's first inauguration in 2001, and will exceed the $33 million spent by President Clinton (news - web sites) in 1993 when Democrats returned to the White House for the first time in 12 years.

Yeah, it is all good when the Dems spend that much money, especially considering present day value of 33 million dollars. Aaah, its ok, because afterall it was big achievement for the Dems to be back in the WH after twelve years.

Good thing Billy boy wasn't involved in a war and needed extra security, cause his inaug could have been maybe 60 million. Wait, add another million for dry cleaning expenses. :mm:

Monica Lewinsky brings a dress in to her dry cleaner, who is terribly hard of hearing.

Monica: "I have another dress with a stain on it."

Dry cleaner:"Huh?"

Monica:"I HAVE ANOTHER DRESS WITH A STAIN ON IT!"

Dry cleaner:"Come again?"

Monica:"NO - MUSTARD!"
