Since the political Establishment will simply legalize it again as soon as they can, banning it legally is not the best answer. I think the best approach to to push the laws for Covenant marriage, and let the religious groups that still believe in the Sanctity of marriage use Covenant marriages to distinguish real marriages from transitive sleeping arrangements.
