SCOTUS tosses black inmate's murder conviction

So they let a murderer go loose because of the prosecution wanted to make sure there weren’t going to be a bunch of black jurors who would let the guy off since he is black?

Yup, that's what a concept of a "Jury of your Peers" means.

So “peers” means “race”? There were several blacks on those juries that found him guilty.

...the OJ trial proved blacks vote for race, not evidence/facts/common sense
.....the last few years prove blacks don't care about evidence/facts/common sense when they loot/burn/riot BEFORE there is ANY evidence/facts/etc
...they want the verdicts to go their way or they will loot/burn/destroy
HERE--they say FK the court system/evidence/facts/etc:
Protesters promise mass shutdowns if Stockley isn’t convicted
..this is one of the reasons their culture is a failure

The only failure I see is your White Trash ass.

The OJ Trial proved that if you have enough money, you can beat any rap, because cops are kind of incompetent.
cops are incompetent???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ahahhahahahah--had nothing to do with the case
Dude, the lead detective, the guy in charge of the entire investigation, the prosecution's star witness, was convicted of perjury during the OJ murder trial.

That's such incredible incompetence that it's criminal. And it's a travesty of justice that he only got a slap on the wrist.

Personally, I highly suspect that Mark Fuhrman may have been paid off by OJ. Or worse.

If a cop commits perjury they should automatically receive the maximum penalty that was faced by the defendant. It's really the only fair way to deal with crooked cops IMO.

It’s egregious because a murderer was let loose, and will likely never be tried again because of the Social Justice culture we live in now. All the evidence in the case clearly proves he murdered those people.

If all the evidence proved it, then they would have had no problem convincing a black jury he did it.

The reality is, they had no witnesses, no forensic evidence, and no weapon. All they had was a lot of circumstantial evidence.
