Where does it say CO2?

The Black Boxes in Obama Care - mandatory for every car by 2015 - which requires you to pass physicals & have vision equivalent to requirements for Pilot - will take most Americans off the road completely. The black box is capable of disabling your car. All car manufacturers are required by law to compy with the govt. concerning Black Boxes. This too is part of the "Global Warming" solution.

No one every bothers to mention Russia and China are the two worst offenders of air pollution. Neither nation comply with Kyoto - never have. Why is the rest of the world forced to comply with something Russia and China are not? - Jeri

read the entire decision and case history.

The point is Obama should have ordered his EPA chief to crack down on polluters back in 2009. SCOTUS had already decided the executive branch had the authority and duty to do so.

Maybe they thought it was more than the economy could bare at the time.

However, the recent catastrophic weather events have devastated local economies.

If that is true how does one quantify danger to human health & pollution? You see, Both President Obama and the EPA were MIA for 6 months while millions of barrels of BP OIL poured freely into the Gulf - the damages upon the environment are yet to be learned because our government used COREXIT 91 to cover it up which acted as a magnet to drop all the oil to the bottom of the gulf floor. President Obama was too busy to meet with BP president to even discuss fixing the oil spill ( as it continued to flow ) and the EPA didn't publicly complain about it once. It was all ignored as a non news story.

Now the Europeans banned COREXIT long ago because they knew it poisoned the environment - was devastating in fact upon the environment and yet our govt and EPA approved this as the right answer. They dumped the COREXIT and the oil settled to bottom of sea. Out of sight out of mind. That is how Obama and the EPA agreed to fix that one. NEXT:

Fast forward to Fuchishima. THIS TIME: The entire Northern Hemisphere of the world has been endangered by Plutonium being released into the atmosphere which has a half life of 1 million years ( that is along time to be in the earths atmosphere folks ) and was a greater disaster than Chernobyl. FAR GREATER. To this day it still has not been fixed and there has been no world outcry from the UN or Obama administration. {Finding Snowden is more important!!! } In response to Fuchishima disaster...........

Once again the Obama administration and the EPA go into action by shutting down radiation detectors in California - other states as well. When questioned where were the measurements the workers replied they were turned off - we don't have them. It appears to me the EPA has worked HARDER at NOT DOING THEIR JOB then DOING THEIR JOB and this all depends upon whatever justifies the end result. So there it is. - Jeri

EPA & President Obama put off meeting with BP Oil President to discuss how to fix oil spill for either 4 months or 6 months. The American people were stunned by the inaction from EPA & the Obama admin on that spill. How does one define priorities concerning pollution and health issues? Does radiation or corexit poisoning of our food source in gulf not factor in here as a priority??? WHY NOT?

Carbon emissions have been decreasing due to more natural gas production. This will have dire implications on poor people...not that O cares about them but they will be affected.

People can’t see the forest for the trees.

Animals breath in O2 and exhale CO2

Plants breath in CO2 and exhale O2

It is a perpetual cycle that sustains all living things

This is the cycle of life :)-
