If you mean the Virginia Shooter, actually he did not have the right to buy fire arms, the State screwed up and did not list him properly in the system.

But to the point on this narrow issue, did he have a Concealed Carry Permit? If not you have made a comment that does not dispute what was said in the quote. Ohh ya and was he an Arizona Resident and IN Arizona?
