Oh please spare us the "without unions we'll be back in the 1920's" bullshit.
This has ZERO to do with private sector unions.
Public worker union wages are taxpayer funded. Taxpayers that are tapped out. NO MORE!
There are over 20 states that have no collective bargaining for public workers. There's no reason why all 50 states cannot be this way.
Those in service should never make out better than the served.

They had six recalls. 2 they won. 3 were very close. Only one wasn't. They were all Republicans. Now two aren't. Seems they did pretty good.

Correction: there have been 7 recall elections in WI. Dems have won 3 of them.

6 Republicans. 3 Democrats.

The 3 Democrats held their seats.

2 of the Republicans were unseated.

The one which was held first, before the other 8, was the best chance Republicans had of ousting a Democrat. Phony candidates had nothing to do with it. John Nygren, the candidate who could have beaten Dave Hansen, screwed up royally. He didn't get enough signatures on his petition to get his name on the ballot. Democrats successfully challenged 26 of his signatures, which left him 2 under what he needed.

That left the fatally flawed David VanderLeest to take on Hansen and Hansen coasted in.

Wisconsin reforms are WORKING! What was the leftist solution to a $3.7 billion budget short fall? Tax the rich! Yet that wouldn't even make a dent. Tax the corporations? First, we see it first hand in IL. Corporations will leave UNLESS they get a backdoor tax deal. The results in IL is corporations like Caterpillar, Novastar, Groupon, Motorolla, Sears, John Deere, etc now pay less in taxes! That would happen in WI.

To keep bad teachers for 30 yrs. & retire at 55 w/full benifits.They deserve A fair wage , the ability to have health ins. & contribute to it also.
