If he's acquitted you can certainly expect to see the civil suit soon after. reminiscent of OJ, ya think?

That seems likely, Kobe Bryant is also being sued, too. So if you can't nail them in criminal court, try to score in civil court.

I wonder if Kerry's secret plan for fighting the war on terror is to have his VP sue the living crap out of Al Queda???? Maybe, instead of invading Iraq, he would have sued Mr Saddam Hussein for damages. Well, it's not too late, of course he could name half of the UN as co-defendents. But that's not likely, since Kerry has a near erotic admiration for that august body of blow hard do nothing band of theives (which may explain his choice of running mate).

All they have is circumstancal evidenece, but it points directly to him. That and his actions after she came up missing lead me to vote GUILTY as charged-Life in prison times two. If he gets aqquitted, I bet someone will put a cap or two in him.
