Duh. That's the way science works. There are always, or at least we usually find, edge cases where a given theory breaks down. When we find those we refine our theories. Every few months, some dimwit in the media, proclaims that some theory or another has been proven wrong!! Like Newton just fucked up or something - which is nonsense.
