Bear in mind the House of Representatives are in charge of revenue bills. No money equals no wall. How much money can Trump siphon off from other places (i.e. the military) to build the wall and will he be around in 2020? There are richer men and fanatical Democrats that want him out of office. If you're still in this discussion, I'd still like an answer to my question.
