Scandal in the Obama Administration, Sexual Discrimination, ICE Chief of Staff accused

    In my opinion:

    Sunday, September 2, 2012

Obama’s administration is rocked by another Scandal! Immigration Control and Enforcement, ICE Chief of Staff is forced to resign following a law suit accusing her of lewd behavior.

ICE Chief of Staff Suzanne Barr resigned. She has submitted a letter of resignation to ICE Director John Morton. In the letter she proclaimes her innocence and said that stepping down was best for the agency.

Barr was hand- picked by Janet Napolitano, Department of Homeland Security, DHS Secretary. When, Napolitano was governor of Arizona Suzanne Barr worked under her as director of legislative affairs. Barr has been on leave for 3 weeks since the allegations arose.

“The questions about Barr's conduct were first raised in a lawsuit filed by an ICE official against Department of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano -- the lawsuit, which alleged discrimination and retaliation, listed among the complaints that Barr cultivated a "frat-house"-style work environment.”

According to the affidavit it says in 2009 around Halloween witnesses say Barr said to a Senior ICE employee, "You’re a sexy mother" (expletive deleted). (I’m thinking F-word.) "She then looked at his crotch and asked, 'How long is it anyway?'"

In the affidavit Ray Parmer, who is an ICE special agent in charge for Homeland Security Investigations in New Orleans said that while in Bogota, Colombia in 2009 at a party Barr was drinking heavily and, "During this party, Suzanne Barr approached me and offered to" perform oral sex.

    Surprise, Surprise

“Republican lawmakers have taken a keen interest in the case, questioning what it says about the culture at ICE and DHS.” (You know since Napolitano bats for the other team in all.)

House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Peter King, R-N.Y., said he plans to, "intensify" its review of the case and "DHS personnel practices across the board." (I love that word “intensify” lol.)

The Obama Administration has peed on the carpet again and now Rep. King is planning to rub their noses in it.

Morris Fischer of Maryland is the lawyer handling the lawsuit against Suzanne Barr. He said:

“After his client's lawsuit was filed, Fischer said, he was contacted by other federal employees who had heard about Hayes' claim. They provided affidavits to Hayes and his lawyer alleging more sexually charged comments made by Barr, according to Fischer.”

"We've been getting calls and e-mails from all over the country from people who want to come forward with information that may be helpful on this case," the attorney told CNN.”

“There were allegations of inappropriate sexual behavior lodged by at least three Immigration and Customs Enforcement employees.”

“The New York Post reported on the lawsuit filed by James T. Hayes Jr., ICE’s special agent in charge in New York. Additional employees came forward with their allegations around the same time.”

"Barr, a 1995 graduate of the University of Arizona, was among Napolitano’s first appointments after she became secretary in 2009."

WASHINGTON — A senior Obama administration political appointee and longtime aide to Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano resigned over a lawsuit filed by James T. Hayes Jr., ICE's special agent in charge in New York. Additional employees came forward with their allegations around the same time. The names of two of Barr's accusers were censored in affidavits reviewed by AP.

Hayes, who was transferred to New York from ICE headquarters in Washington, is asking for more than $4 million that, among other things, would cover compensation he believes he is owed for relocation expenses and financial losses associated with his transfer.

    after Napolitano abandoned Arizona.

Suzanne Barr is the daughter of the late Burton Barr, a Republican who served in the Arizona Legislature for more than 20 years. Napolitano, as Arizona's Democratic governor, hired Barr -- a University of Arizona graduate -- in 2004.
