The Supreme Court is a branch of the Federal Government. By definition it is political.

However, if you are concerned with partisanship. Could you explain how doing a lecture on the Separation of powers that is open to all Members of Congress could possibly be partisan? How is the Separation of powers partisan at all? Is there anyone against it?
