The hull of Iranian nuclear-plant is German, the reactors itself are VVER-1000 reactors.

VVER-1000 isn't the newest anymore, VVER-1200 is newest one with 9 reactors approved in Russia and 4 in Turkey. But those will come on-grid in end of decade.
VVER-1000 is also being operated in some EU countries.

This whole Stuxnet thingy is terrorism. Sabotage incidents on nuclear-plants are not a one-way only highway and Stuxnet should have never happened.
