Sarah Palin said that Obamacare would deny her Down syndrome kid care based on his worth.

No one has ever come remotely close to demonstrating an iota of accuracy in that claim.

The whole idea behind the Independent Payment Advisory Board is to keep health care costs down.
That means that they can deny payments that are deemed to expensive by a small percent of the population. They will recommend alternatives (like generic drugs) that won't work and then the patient may die.
That is denying care based on worth. So she is right.

Actually, you are a partisan hack idiot. I have worked in hospitals for 31 years. There are no death panels yet, if insurance companies refuse to pay for a treatment and the patient needs it the patient gets it anyway. Happens ever day all the time. You know nothing of what you speak.

The one good thing about ACA was compensating end of life counseling and because of stupid moron right wingers and Palin they took it out. And before you go all death panel on me, I take care of the elderly. Plus last year they made my grandma go through all kinds of test and she died two days later. It was obvious to anyone who could breath that it was her time, but the doctors needed to milk her insurance. They should have recommended hospice not put her through tests, but they don't get pain for counseling.
