Knowles had been mayor of Anchorage, not a city of 7,000 like Wasilla, a two-term former governor, and served in the Army during Vietnam.

Some Dems thought he'd be a slam dunk in '06 against some 42 year old small-town mayor, but he lost by 7 pts.

Doubt she'll have any problems with Biden, and after 20 years of boring old grandpa candidates and incoherent idiots, it's good to see a Republican on a national ticket who can both complete a thought without stumbling, and isn't eligible for social security.

You missed the point again bozo----she beat EXPERIENCE. If you had half a brain you would know that Obama is inexperienced too. Have you figured out how the "inexperienced" bashing works against him ? Probably not because you are a only a spamming troll and wouldn't be willing to put 2 and 2 together anyway.

No, only you and OJ are spamming trolls.

As for the OP, I agree. Sarah beat "the man." She challenged the sitting Republican governor because she thought he wasn't good enough for the state and she won the primary, and then went on to beat the Democratic candidate. She did all of that coming from being a mayor of a town of 7,000. That's pretty remarkable.
