A ballot proposal in Michigan would allow doctors to recommend marijuana for patients with cancer, glaucoma, HIV and AIDS. Those patients would register with the state and could legally buy, grow and use small amounts of marijuana to relieve pain, nausea and appetite loss.

While many Americans suffered these same conditions after watching Sarah Palin speak during the debate, authorities say they cannot legally use marijuana for relief.

Dammit then I am doing something illegal! Shit!

Could work in Biden's favor, since it causes memory loss. They won't know if what he is saying was plagiarized or not.

There isn't enough dope in the world to make this stoner forget the last eight dismal years under the Bush II administration.

If dope made people forget their problems, the government would make smoking it mandatory.
