What you will get by eliminating Sanctuary Cities is more average income people spending more money and enjoying life and fewer money hungry scumbags working 200 hours a week firing average people at the drop of a dime.
Of course, this also requires legislation that expires if the expectation of job growth does not come about.

Does placing a 'no valuables inside' sign in a car window deter break-ins?

Yes.....we cannot assume that when a state acts as a magnet to millions of poor illegals and allows them to enter their state, we cannot assume that the huge spike in crime is due to this ridiculous policy.

Are you aware that the only reason that states have to bow to the federal government is because they are a subsidiary of USA.INC? Are you aware of the original 13th amendment that kept those with a title of nobility from holding office because attorneys and lawyers were nothing but agents of the Crown? Nothing seems to have changed. Why are we still under the Lieber Code, "counsellor"??? Why are we under the Uniform Commercial Code instead of Common Law and why is it that these courts are few and far between while admiralty courts are everywhere? Why is it that unless you understand legalese via Black's Law Dictionary that you have no hope of winning in a kangaroo court of administrators masquerading as "judges" unless you have a barrister to represent you and how by hiring a barrister you are admitting that you are incompetent and in need of representation? I seriously doubt that you are in the legal field.....you seem too stupid to even work a cash register much less pass the bar exam.

No, the Constitution is designed to limit what the federal government CAN do.
