San Francisco begins registering non citizens to vote local elections

They can do what they want I guess… The cesspool they are

It is not illegal and is done in other local elections in other cities..
It violates the California Constitution. Liberal's are so unhinged they are purposely ignoring settled law.
What statue, clause or amendment?
California passed a law preventing illegals from voting in elections. The Feds only prohibit aliens from voting in Presidential elections and other federal elections. This is a possible loophole in our laws that I'm sure Democrats are going to take advantage of.
What this sets up is Democrats running to the Supreme Court to claim that no law prevents illegals from voting in our state and local elections, and thus should be allowed in our federal elections as well.
So not only are illegals counted in the census, but soon the Democrats will call anyone a racist who prevents illegals from voting.
Trust me, this was what they had in mind.
They've been allowing them to vote for a long time and now they plan on making it legal.

Oh, and this is exactly why Democrat invented the DACA program........

I don't think they can hide their true intentions anymore.

18 U.S. Code § 611 - Voting by aliens
prev | next

the election is held partly for some other purpose;
(2)
aliens are authorized to vote for such other purpose under a State constitution or statute or a local ordinance; and
(3)
voting for such other purpose is conducted independently of voting for a candidate for such Federal offices, in such a manner that an alien has the opportunity to vote for such other purpose, but not an opportunity to vote for a candidate for any one or more of such Federal offices.
(b)
Any person who violates this section shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

That's dmv.org. That isn't the California constitution. dmv.org isn't even a California website, it's a private site.

Even if California's constitution does not allow the San Francisco policy, you certainly didn't provide evidence of it by linking to that dmv.org page. :p

That is for a federal election, several cities allow non-citizens to vote in local elections especially when it entails a local tax.

When the question is where in the California constitution does it say that non-citizens voting is prohibited? Nope, that doesn't satisfy me. Only because it still doesn't actually answer the question, though. ;)

So far you've cited a private website and the secretary of state, neither of which referenced the California constitution. I'll take being called dumber than a moron by you as a compliment.
