It did not work in Reagan's administration. Sometimes raising taxes seem to work. What will work best would be if the owners and managers of the big and small businesses invested in their employees. Their buying weight is 200% larger than business buying. But that would mean rebuilding the middle class, and when it is healthy, it always challenges the corporate right, much to their hatred and anger.
