Ryan/Trump Care Question

I'm trying to understand why Trump blamed the democrats for not helping him pass the care act. Didn't he have enough votes if just the republicans voted for it? So shouldn't he be mad at his fellow republicans!?!? I just don't get that part.

Explanation is simple... President Trump is the only Republican to beat the democrats at their own game. Blaming the other side regardless of the facts was straight out of the Obama/Reid/Pelosi playbook.
