I remember times when Obama has answered questions from hecklers. Same with Arlen Specter. But R's know they don't dare let Americans speak. Never mind the Constitution, they will do whatever they must to keep the citizens quiet.

They will even have them hauled away rather than let them be heard.

And, who can forget Ryan actually making a joke about an elderly man's illness, having him dragged out and then laughing at him.

The 65 + age demographic is the only one McCain won last time. Not a good sign that Ryan was so poorly received. But I believe Mitt Romney will do better with other age groups than McCain did anyway.

But yeah, everyone gets rid of hecklers. There is a difference between a tough question and heckling.. Most reasonable people know where the line falls and don't expect someone to stand there and let another person abuse them for as long as they like.
