The US and coalition have not made a single strike on a Syrian government force. All air strikes have been made against ISIS or Islamic Terrorist connected groups like al Qaeda and it's allies or affiliates. You claim that the US funds ISIS is pure bullshit. You can not back up your claims with anything beyond conspiracy theory garbage. And Russia, as of this date has not made a single attack on ISIS. They are attacking moderate groups that are also fighting against ISIS. So, Russia is in reality, helping ISIS.

It also lowers job performance because people will be more cautious and have self doubt about their job.

When you abandon a person or others the consequences can be numerous and detrimental to great extremes.

Leaders fail to stand up for subordinates and subordinates fail to stand up for leaders which could cause less than perfect job performance.

A leader is their subordinates. A lot of top officials fail to see that. Subordinates make a leader look good or look terrible. Once a leader looses confidence of a person or persons.....it most likely is gone forever.

And to paraphrase Judy Dench in the movie " Skyfall " - " I will not leave this place in worse condition than I received it.

Morale and having the correct amount and proper logistics to work with is very important. Morale is the key and foundation to any work place. - either in the civilian world or the Military.

Even people; and leaders with bachelor and masters degrees can be so ignorant and stupid.

Morale - confidence in leaders - respect for decisions - trust and confidence is the brick foundation that needs to be layed down before the walls can be built for any department or unit.
