That is irrelevant, there were some parties, I think it was NYC, and even the pee pee parties in Moscow. No one is going to care about that stuff, especially his followers.

There are more elaborate levers Putin can pull no doubt. The Russians can redirect all the propaganda against him if they so wish, or they could totally screw up his finances.
