So the great Putin has ordered his forces to murder more innocent civilians. He has been bombing Turkmen for a while now and has escalated to attacking aid convoys. Turkey has actually been blocking a lot of the aid going in, according to Syrian refugees who liked it so much in turkey and Jordan, they've gone back to Syria. They say there are places where Isis have moved on, that they can resettle, but turkey also won't allow them building material because of the Kurds in the area. The Turkmen in that region fight with al Nusra. They are Sunni. They have consistently by the grace of Turkey trying to wipe out Shia Turkmen.
