Here's the quote in Jan 2011 when democrats were stung by the republican majority. Rep Steve Cohen (D-Tn): "They (republicans) say it's (the healthcare law) is a government takeover of health care". "It's a big lie like Goebbels". Cohen went further in his tirade about republicans and nazis when he said "The Germans said enough about the Jews and people believed it and you have the Holocaust".

RUSH: Hitler and the Big Lie. In his 1925 autobiography Mein Kampf, the expression was coined by Hitler "to describe a lie so 'colossal' that no one would believe that someone 'could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously.'"
