No, because a whole bunch of Obama's policies have put a strangle hold on capitalism. And Rush has a right to his opinion. Our Constitution, 1st amendment says freedom of speech, that is so that we have the right to speak, about opposing views and our opinions.

certificate - is a hanging parchment

certified is - To confirm formally as true, accurate, or genuine.
