Running out of capacity to store gas. Shocker! Too much drilling under Obama.

Gas Set to Test Capacity Limits - WSJ.com

The boom in natural-gas production has hit a new pressure point: The U.S. is running out of storage space.

Gas output has reached record levels in recent months, thanks in large part to the expansion of shale-gas fields.

That is bad news for producers, who would likely be forced to cut their prices even further to unload their natural gas, and possibly stop production altogether if inventories fill up. But it could be good news for homeowners, as it would lower heating costs further. That could help offset rising prices for other goods, notably gasoline at the pump.

Does this mean Republicans have been lying?

Again?

Where are their policies? Can't they show us just "one". One itzy bitzy tiny little policy that isn't a joke?

Why invoke the name of Lord Obama? He's a non-player in regards to this phenomenon.

If he had any balls, he'd be at the teleprompter urging industry to build LNG terminals and promoting exports. Screw that nappy headed loser.

All the drilling on private land not the very limited public land where leasing revenue went from over $9 billion a year during the Bush administration, down to $379 million a year.

If it wasn't for the public sector, we'd be in a worse situation.

Nappy? Another right winger I admire for being honest and showing their true "roots". Love honest Republicans.

Must be really awful for right wingers to hear we have nearly drilled to capacity. After all they lies they've told. On the other hand, the delusions keep them safe and insulated.

Again, you distort the truth, nice try.

Well dean, what's the next step? Does anybody think Barry Hussein will lift a finger to increase the storage capacity for natural gas? All we hear is political gas.

Do you know what the difference between natural gas and oil is?

"Nearly drilled to capacity"?

You come up with the most ridiculous crap.

Not me, from the Wall Street Journal. Read the link. That's why I post them.

Of course. Our number one export is gasoline, which is refined from Oil.

Natural gas is what all the buses in Los Angeles run on which is why their air quality is 30% cleaner. It also cost less than $2 a unit (what ever one unit is). It's $15 dollars in China which is why scientists are looking for a way to liquefy it so we can sell it overseas.

Even if gas went to zero, many wells would stay open because they also pump oil.

If you knew all that stuff, why didn't you just SAY it? Oh, wait, you mean you didn't.....oops, sorry. For you. No, seriously. I feel sorry for you.

We export more oil than any other country in the world, and most of that gasoline is refined from imported oil.

By the way, all the buses in LA do not run on CNG, most of them do. There are almost 100 buses still in use in LA that use diesel.

The increased drilling for natural gas does not mean all those wells, or even most of them, also produce oil. Your article talks about drilling shale for natural gas, aka fracking. That doesn't produce oil, which explains why I didn't talk about it, I know better.

Unlike you.
