Is old news. He’s going to be the deciding vote that ends gerrymandered political districts that will permanently end any Republican advantage in all of the states where they currently control the state legislatures. Which will now flip some purple states solid blue and some red states purple.

It doesn’t matter what the make up of the court is after that.
