Rudy Giuliani rips into President Obama

Anyone see Rudy Giuliani on Morning Joe this morning?

He tore into the President for being unresponsive and not knowing enough and not acting fast enough. I thought it was quite funny.

He said when Obama was sworn in 18 months ago, there was an oil disaster in the North Sea so if Obama was smart, he would have audited all US oil rigs and disaster plans because of the North Sea disaster.

This, from a man who put the New York City Department of Emergency Services in the “basement” of the WTC AFTER the first attack on the WTC. And he thinks Obama should have planned ahead. Of course, unlike a runner passing a baton, NONE of it was Bush’s responsibility.

THEN, he said the moment the news of the leak broke, Obama should have had super tankers and suction devices from all over the world there on clean-up.

Could you imagine if it had been only 1,000 barrels a day and easily capped, like BP claimed and Obama over reacted like that? Republicans would have had a “field day”. They hate this president so much, no matter what he does; it’s the “wrong thing”.

Mika told Rudy he was taking a "cheap shot" and he grew quite angry.

And, it was suggested due to the amount of oil gushing, this might be the biggest undersea field in the norther hemisphere and BP was trying to keep that a secret. If true, I've heard nothing about it.

Good for Rudy. All of the emergency response units after 9/11 praised him greatly for his strong leadership during that time. Before then he was also a leader in cleaning up the crime in NYC and getting half of welfare recipients back to real work...

"Rudy improved the quality of life for all New Yorkers. Under his leadership, overall crime is down 57%, murder has been reduced 65%, and New York City - once infamous around the world for its dangerous streets - has been recognized by the F.B.I. as the safest large city in America for the past five years."

"When Mayor Giuliani took office, one out of every seven New Yorkers was on welfare. Mayor Giuliani has returned the work ethic to the center of City life by implementing the largest and most successful welfare-to-work initiative in the country, cutting welfare rolls in half while moving over 640,000 individuals from dependency on the government to the dignity of self-sufficiency. In addition, Giuliani has enacted a record of over $2.5 billion in tax reductions - including the commercial rent tax, personal income tax, the hotel occupancy tax, and the sales tax on clothing for purchases up to $110 dollars."

It's easy to have a great bio when your office writes it. No where in his bio is it mentioned that after the first attack on the WTC, when bombs were set off in the underground garage, Rudy moved the New York City Department of Emergency Services into the basement of the WTC. That's why there was no communication.

And, nothing about Rudy and his love of "drag".

I only post it because he has such a "fashion sense".

Awesome photos.

Rudy was the best Mayor NY ever had. What a shame Bernie Kerik permanently fucked any chance of him every running again

yeah..........sh!t, if Rudy G was overseeing this, the whole damn crisis would be over by now!!! Then again, the guy has been an executive almost his whole life so you arent suprised that he gets things accomplished. Its called leadership..................

He was a saving grace to this town the few days after 9-11.............people who hail from Bumfook USA just dont understand this stuff because to them a disaster is when their local hardware store burns down or a traffic light goes out in the middle of town. THATS BIG NEWS in places like Scratchmyassville USA!!!

You got alot of k00ks on this board who live in the middle of fcukking nowhere. Bold leadeership to them is when the local sheriff establishes a speed trap on the outskirts of town!!!!:funnyface::funnyface::funnyface::funnyface::funnyface::funnyface::funnyface::funnyface:

Guliani is a far better LEADER than Obama could ever hope to be.

Obama is a failure. Just look where we stand under his 'Leadership'?

And he wants to take MORE liberty from the people. When are some of you going to wise up?
